1yEmployee feedback is vitally important to us at Akron Children’s. Last year, we conducted an extensive benefits survey, giving all employees the opportunity to share their feedback. As a direct result of those responses, we have implemented changes to meet the needs of our diverse staff. We regularly benchmark our pay and benefits and are proud to offer a competitive total rewards package.

1yOur goal at Akron Children’s is for every employee to feel valued and supported, regardless of title. Our DEI office is highly visible on campus and is available to discuss any concerns employees may have. We strive to provide a work environment where everyone feels included and offer support like Employee Resource Groups and DEI events. We also solicit employee feedback on DEI topics in our company-wide surveys. These results are used to create a more inclusive environment.
