      colorful lots of activities no child is ever turned away for lack of payment/insurance hospital as a whole goes above and beyond to provide care and be culturally aware of the patient population which is very diverse always looking for ways to improve patient satisfaction web based and instructor led trainings for career and personal development when you are doing well, you will be praised encourages education and helps to pay

      politics and drama that you would find with any employer promotions are based on who you know and not necessarily on what you know hard to get fired, even when you are not performing to standard you must stay in a position for one year before you can bid for a higher position
