      Pros

      The overall atmosphere is very welcoming. It is the best feeling to be able to assist in the care of a child. To get a smile is so rewarding. I loved working here

      Cons

      Other than a small cost of living increase each year, there were no raises in the 6 years I was there. It seemed to make people look for other positions rather than being loyal to their department.
