      Great culture, supportive coworkers, positive/social work environment, great management, excellent tuition reimbursement, Ice cream socials, etc, only Akron hospital that's never had layoffs. Always learning & staying engaged

      Cons

      Pay, PTO, lack of advancement for mid-level employees. Offer more wellness incentives or diversity in fitness options. Otherwise, great employer
