Great care to patients Providers are dedicated to caring for families and patients

Cons

Sharing anything with hr can be a mistake for your daily existence there As a front line staff as well as lower mgmt . HR does not take multiple accounts of activities against other staff and bullying seriously . Also is upper mgmt is the one participating they protect them and get rid of the front line or lower mgmt person and blacklist them . Horrible ethics .

The organization use to be a good place for patients and employees. But with new administration, there is really no Pros to working there!

Cons

Awful and Toxic work environment! They just laid off 8 Clinical Coordinators with 5 to 37 years experience before Christmas and the 9 Neonatologist in March ! Managers have no experience and are terribe to staff as well. Upper administration has no concern that the unit runs short every shift! Patient assignments are heavy and difficult to manage. Truly an awful, awful place! Nurses are leaving weekly because of poor management! Pay also is way below market.
