Direct management care about employees and patients.

Cons

Organizational heads only care about numbers. Closing multiple specialty locations in the past year. These closings have resulted in patients in rural and underserved areas to travel hours to receive necessary care for chronic conditions. The closings have also resulted in site staff losing three jobs. Because these are regional sites there are no alternate options for employees to continue employment.
