      This is a wonderful hospital with many caring peopld that want to care for children and young adults

      Cons

      The management here is horribly. The only reason they are able to grow is only because of the market that they operate within. No other children's hospital is in they area, thus no competition. Pay is below market and the only way to be promoted is if you know someone
