      It was fun to see the surgeries as an employee. Good benefits for nursing students when it comes to aid

      Cons

      Management is very poor doesn’t care about toxic environment in the or big time bullies in the operating room. Some employees were racist. Condons bullying no overtime for surgical aide position. Degrades cleaning people in cleaning positions and belittle gain depression and anxiety from this job . Caused alot of mental trauma to the point where I would never work for this company .

      Pros

      Self scheduling, some units offer 3a/p-3a/p shifts. No mandatory on-call requirements.

      Cons

      Slow PTO accrual. Vacation time is requested 6months to a year in advance, and if you are new, scheduling your vacation during the summer can be very difficult. No weekend shift differential.
