      Manager and coworkers are great.

      Worst hospital I have ever worked for. Upper level management is terrible. No support. Terrible pay and benefits.

      Theres nothing really that's worth the pros if I'm being honest.

      Cons

      Theres no place for improvement (unless you go to school for your doctorate or something in the nature), favoritism, no work life balance, you got talked down to a lot. The pay isn't really worth the drama and the mental struggles that go into it.
