Every day is an adventure with the kiddos benefits are amazing tuition reimbursement is $5,250 pre and post reimbursement movement within the company to different departments is a great way to learn different things

Cons

The pay is not great If you do not have a degree in something there is slim chance for advancement some mid level managers are in experienced and it shows, no clinical experience do not know the flow so only pay attention to numbers
