Excellent team. Good benefits. Positive work environment. Family focused. My team cares about me professionally and personally.

Cons

Not a competitive salary. It’s hard to get a raise. Lots of red tape to accomplish new ideas. Big ideas thinking is not rewarded.

Good medical / dental benefits Good tuition benefit Staffing better than adult hospitals All the staff really care about the kids

Cons

They do not pay the best, more middle of the road Don't give staff as much input into decisions as they should They treat those in middle management poorly and they get no support.
