Pros

I like the team atmosphere in the office, everyone pitches in to make the experience of the patient the best it can be. They cover ACLS and BLS training and recertification, which is nice.

Cons

Sometimes booked too solid without a chance for a true lunch break. Could lead to burnout if every day was like that. Office is dated but they seem to be working on that. In the past it could be difficult to request an evaluation for a raise.

Big foot print, pay is fair, the team is really cool and helpful

Cons

Communication is a big con. Seems to be their biggest flaw. Besides that no big complains.

Cons

Don’t value employees. Lack of communication. Attempts to roll out policies before thoroughly researching then has to amend multiple times. Don’t care about longevity. Front desk is over worked. Bonus is impossible. Annual raises are a joke. High turnover.
