Pros

Very flexible schedule, willing to work around school schedule, pro form discounts are pretty awesome, decent pay. There are some really great people who work here.

Cons

Where do I start? Horrible insurance $700 a month is the cheapest plan to cover a family and that does not include dental or vision. No paid holidays unless you are salary. Software is so outdated and they really don’t seem to care about upgrading to something more efficient. Micromanaging is so ridiculous it’s laughable at times. If you are in the “favored” department certain rules don’t apply to you like no cell phones allowed or chatting with co workers but everyone else gets in trouble. Also if you are a male you aren’t required to do “trivial” work like help answer phones. Employees are required to clock out for a 15 minute break when working an 8 hour shift. Managers will say they appreciate their employees but then they turn around and enforce ridiculous policies. They keep track if you are one minute late and you will be fired for small things like that. Very little trust is given to their employees so if you like constantly being nit picked at for stupid little things instead of managers looking at the bigger picture and creating a positive employee culture this is the place for you!
