Pros

Outdoor industry, and opportunity to learn some sides of corporate retail from a warehouse perspective.

Cons

Employees are ill treated at warehouse level. Jason Larsen allows the actions of Luke Rashall who spends time speaking poorly of employees openly. Including his close managers. Lots of time pacing the properties angry and not problem solving. Certainly not a positive environment. Stunted growth at warehouse level and out to save a dollar.
