Pros

I've been with Worley for 4 years now & have stayed pretty busy with them. Earned my status with Worley by working hard & not complaining.

Cons

There's not really any negatives about this company. The only this I could figure out is that they don't allow per-diem anymore.

If you are looking for a lot of money, all at once and you love to travel, this company has that.

Cons

Poor management. Lack of work if you don't know someone or are basically not from Louisiana, Texas, or Alabama. It doesn't pay to do an above average job if you don't know somebody because you aren't rewarded for it.
