co-workers, lax dress policy, ability to rearrange assignments sometimes.
Cons
Rough area, you have to pay $10 a day to park or try to find parking on the street which is next to impossible and if you do your car will get broken into or stolen. Very dirty hospital, EVS does not do their job. Constantly out of supplies such as blood tubes or even food and utensils. Not a safe place to work, there are many aggressive and violent patients. Staff members are constantly being cussed at, threatened, and assaulted by patients. No recognition for hard work. Management plays favorites and does not help defend it's employees from violations against the MOU or having scheduling privledges taken away. Sadly used to be a decent place to work but is no long that way. Over worked and underpaid and understaffed.
