      AHS has been a part of my life for the past 7 1/2 years and I've been blessed to be able to take on a few different roles during my time here and expand my knowledge in different areas.

      Cons

      The only thing I would say may need some tweaking is the part-time or per diem employees having easier accessibility to become permanent/full-time within a certain time period or hours worked.
