This company is great for growth. There are a lot of things you can learn while on the job, for example the ins and outs of the medical field that you would not learn if you were working at a small clinic.

Cons

Not trained properly and left to do things to figure it out on your first week. Kind of unorganized.

Good benefits! Nice coworkers because we were all in this awful situation so we supported one another!

AHS pays lower salary as compared to other Healthcare organizations, however, their biggest problem as I see it are their insecure managers in Information Technology. My manager was insecure, did not know Epic at all! Not certified, not credentialed! Clueless! Was a bully!
