      Excellent Benefits, current executive leadership team(2023) is genuine and does care about staff, opportunity for upward mobility if dedicated and willing roll up your sleeves in a challenging environment, pay in IT is competitive with other Bay Area health systems. CEO, COO, and CIO have worked hard to change the culture and it's much better than in years past.
