Company helps under served population. CMIO office is caring

Cons

IT leadership extends Valentine day party and sends layoff notices next day. Pays top notch dollars to bring their management consultants to undermine and replace their loyal employees. Rather than re purposing loyal employees, leadership lets them go after using them to train new consultants. IT leadership doesn't hesitate to ask their loyal employees to work 12 hour days when they needed nor do they care to retain when they could be replaced.
