People, coworkers, colleagues that I've met there. There are staff that go above and beyond to care for patients.

Cons

Managers don't care about over worked staff. Staffing chaotic, no structure, most employees are part time, per diem so they don't prioritize this place. Unhappy employees and bad leadership is this place downfall.

Great benefits. ACMEA pays you very well. They match you as best as they can.

Cons

The entire system sucks!! Leadership is very horrible there. Highland will either do one or two things to a person -Make them or break them.
