      Pros

      It was a relatable, diverse company. We served all types of demographics and economy levels. It felt great to serve my community. They also had great benefits

      Cons

      It was not appropriately staffed. Positions were downsized and or closed if someone moved on. The position should be filled but its another way to work more with less. Honestly all companies now a days are doing just that.
