      Pros

      Good patients, very culturally diverse, you will learn a lot. The people I worked directly with, managers and coworkers were great, unlike upper management.

      Cons

      You risk being laid off, poor fiscal management. I was laid off only a year after a recruiter told me this was a great opportunity. Dealing with the union fighting with the employer was highly stressful.
