      Pros

      Decent benefits, pay is good, community serving hospital but nothing else positive to share honestly. I wish someone would have warned me.

      Cons

      Unsafe surroundings, parking is a nightmare. Hospital staff friendly but management is awful. No communication, no resources or training. High expectations with no tools to get the job done. Ergo is non-existent. Turn over is alarming, moral is pitiful. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!!
