The mission is what brings me to work every day: serving everyone in our community. Staff from the front lines to the senior executives are committed to patients and families.

Cons

There are so many things happening at AHS that communication amongst staff and departments sometimes takes a back seat.

Alameda Health Systems is a huge company and there is so much room to grow and learn. The company has some of the best benefits that I have ever seen a company offers and so many Unions. They really do care for their employees.
