We were allowed to work remotely.

Cons

Given six(6) months to reach a certain amount in sales for the company. If do not reach that number, they let you go. Sales representatives are not given enough time to truly build their book of business.

This company really does care about their employees. Prioritizes work life balance, employee engagement and development and work environment culture. There is lots of fun company events that you can bring your friends and family to.
