Pros
Used to be a better working environment before new management. Nice coworkers
Cons
Business is really going downhill due to refusal to innovate and integrate with newer technologies. No change in direction or vision after losing some major clients. Management constantly gaslights employees. Several of my coworkers and myself have been promised more bonus and equity, only to receive PIPs and warnings after we close sales or hit milestones. A lot of great people who've been there for a long time are getting pushed out of the company.
