This is a workplace that is still growing and learning its own best practices. What that means is there a lot of space to create your own best style and figure out how you can best operate. It is also an incredibly friendly environment, and everyone is welcoming and happy to lend a hand if asked. While the work is taken seriously, so are your own considerations. Management recognizes that life happens, and if you've been proven yourself capable when at your best, they'll work with you to figure out how to deal with life at its worst.

I am not aware of another company that has a better combination of leadership, culture, and mission-focused work. The people, from CEO all the way down to entry level engineers, are all bought into what we are doing, which can be described by our company mission statement: "Inspire Others, Deliver Value." I am excited to come into work (almost) everyday, I feel constantly pushed to be a better person/employee/engineer, and I feel a profound sense of pride and gratitude knowing that what we are doing has a direct impact for the men & women who serve our country.
