Nice benefits, lots of holiday + PVT allowances. Company has a couple of great brands, which are interesting to work for

Cons

Unfortunately, hierarchic company structure. You only get respect if you are a VP+ and management usually don't practise what they preach. Also lots of gossiping and bullying
