Good job to make money but bad work environment

It's an easy job to make money when you're a student

Cons

the work environment was really bad. A lot of people working there that they are doing nothing, so you just have to work harder or more hours to get everything done and being paid with the same salary as them. Managers don't do anything to avoid this since they need people.
