Pros

- 10% discount for employees in the form of money return every 3 months together with your salary - flexible schedule

Cons

- big food waste! and you can't take any leftovers as an employee - plastic waste, every kind of sweet is packed in plastic, packing it feels so pointless, especially when we have to pack 2 muffins in one pack just to unpack and separate them because the customer wants only 1 - preparing bread for the next day: basically standing in the walk-in fridge (around 0 Celcius degrees) for a few hours, very unpleasant - boring and monotonous, just like in a factory, with the repetitiveness of tasks - no break when you work less than 4 hours
