There are many teams that you can collaborate with. The salary is somewhat competitive in Vancouver, Canada.
Cons
I have a very strong theory that much of the foundational technology and processes were decided based on ignorance of web development; they think that web development is just another IT project, and thus deserve the same management style. If you want to advance your career passed the intermediate level, then you should leave Albertsons. Otherwise, you'll pick up experiences that are so outdated that no other employer will find them useful, unless you can find another employer that is also 10+ years behind in best practices.
