*Sometimes, working with customers can be stressful if they are rude or just simply hard to please
* The hours fluctuate often. Unless you are guaranteed a certain number of hours when you become an employee of Albertsons, if your a clerk in any department, the hours tend to go up and down.
* Everytime company representatives come to the store, it's always a stress-fest for everyone. Everyone starts running around, trying to get everything to look perfect for when the company folks come, and it makes the atmosphere tense. I understand that we have to maintain the standards that the company wants, but everytime they come to check up on us, it shouldn't become a tense environment, it should continue to be business as usual.
