      Pros

      Stability, close knit community between workers, consistent weekly pay, decent benefits (available after 1 year of employment), do your work and you will do well.

      Cons

      Lack of opportunity for advancement currently, little to no recognition for doing your job well, pay increases are laughable and infrequent.

      Pros

      I'm going back to college soon so i'm glad to have a job that is going to allow me to keep it while going to school. The pay is decent (after 840 hours worked you get a raise)

      Cons

      Your ability to get a promotion probably depends on which one you work at but more than likely you'll have to be there a very long time. You are a slave to working weekends, holidays and whatever schedule they see fit. It constantly changes also. You will never have a set schedule with this company.

      Pros

      15% discount on store brand only isn't good enough to stay or work for this company. The people are the only reason to consider it.

      Cons

      After numerous time and qualifications, they failed to interview anyone who wasn't buddy buddy with management. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
