Pros
Decent pay. Made some of my bestest friends here. Easy to move up, just show up on time and show others respect and kindness. Moved into management very quickly, granted that’s unusual but not impossible.
Cons
Disrespectful management Management doesn’t tell you anything, you hear it all through the grapevine Long hours, but that goes with any job Tedious tasks Even in management you don’t make a whole lot of money, albeit more than average but with the workload and stress it is not worth it, the mental health aspect is very poor. Once i left management i felt i was looked down upon.
