Pros

- Great base and incentive pay compared to the market (including much larger SaaS companies). - Leadership has a growth plan and communicates progress effectively in regular company-wide meetings. I admire leadership for taking anonymous comments and questions from staff during these meetings and addressing them with honesty. - Lots of free food. I save a ton on groceries because I get lunch or breakfast at work most days. - Genuine and friendly people who want you to succeed and grow in your career at Alchemer. Many of my coworkers have been at the company for years. - Really good benefits. Can't complain.

Cons

- Office location is not convenient for Denver residents. That said, lots of employees use their lifestyle stipend for an express pass which cuts a good chunk of time off their commute. - This is a fast-growing company and changes can be implemented on short notice. Can be confusing at times.

Pros

Awesome people, lots of room for growth and promotion, CEO really seems to care about the employees, cool work space, bike rentals, team events, revenue growth, great benefits (unlimited PTO), etc. They're investing a lot of time and effort into making a place people want to work at, and it shows.

Cons

Lots of (good) changes have been made recently, but change can be hard. We've lost some good people because of it.

Pros

Lots of seemingly pros upfront but than the true environment comes out..

Cons

Its a bad company! The CEO acts like he's the CEO of apple after just buying Microsoft for 1/2 the value. He is dumb and arrogant and the only respect he receives is from the few overpaid ponds in his executive team.
