Pros

This company has transformed into a great place to work. Before I started, I've heard of past management & leaders that did not work well with their teams. That is not the case any more. Alchemer truly cares about their employees and their work life balance.

Cons

Certain policies might need updating, but that is just like any growing company in the tech space. Our HR team has done great updating.

Pros

401k contribution that's fully vested from day 1, 50% match up to 6% Reasonable healthcare coverages and premiums

Cons

...about a company where all the reviews are either 5's or 1's, right? To me, it means at best, you have a 50% chance of having a good experience. Mine was not. From the stories I overheard, it sounds like the CEO was burned by past employees he laid his trust in, so the culture is one where he surrounds himself closely with people he can trust, and no one else is given that privilege. In my time there, MANY people left for this reason.
