Thank you for sharing. I’m glad you are enjoying the culture and the people. I’ve heard often that the best feature of SurveyGizmo is the customer and technical support and it’s people like you that help make it that way, so thank you! I appreciate your hard work. -David Roberts, CEO

Pros

- Stocked kitchen - Fun coworkers - Free bikes for rent - Great location, close to walking trails for lunch - Pretty good insurance benefits - Open office with couches and bean bags, so you can work wherever you're comfortable

Cons

- Very little recognition for hard work - Zero training or coaching in sales/account management - Management doesn't seem to care about their employees, or they are too worried about keeping their own jobs to make real differences - So many broken promises and opportunities that were taken away. I was supposed to get a promotion, but they fired the director giving it to me, and I never received the promotion. They promised to put me on a special project to make up for it, but they never followed through. - They hire very experienced people & put them in entry level positions. Very little career mobility at this company. - The extremely experienced directors/managers are not respected and their voice is not heard. They seem scared to lose their jobs and are unable to effect real change.
