* Fast moving company * Thoughtful management * Wonderful coworkers * Great benefits * Schedule flexibility * Creative environment * Great software * Fun culture * Open book finance * Generous vacation, sick and holiday time * Fun perks like massages, food, drinks, volunteer opportunities, movie nights at local theaters, discounted tickets to amusement parks, etc.

Cons

I wish SurveyGizmo was located in-between Boulder and Denver so I didn’t have to drive on 36 or Foothills.

Pros

Fast paced workplace with great employees and a very active, very awesome, CEO. Company personality and fun are both very high priorities. We have great customers, and love the work we can do for them. All that, and pretty solid benefits, too.

Cons

Sometimes shifting priorities and pace can frustrate people who are used to more structured environments. Must be self-directed. While good work is recognized, at our current size it can be hard to really progress in title.

This place has given me every single opportunity to do whatever I wanted. Amenities are out of control. Benefits are great. Show initiative, reap rewards.

Cons

Not everyone would be happy here. If you don't take responsibility for your happiness at work then SG can't work with you.
