Very friendly. comfortable, unique atmosphere to work in where the people actually enjoy their jobs and work hard. The job is challenging with a lot of room for growth and it is exciting to be part of such a great, fun and growing company.

Cons

I honestly can't think of any at this time.

Pros

I feel valued and appreciated here, both by management and by my peers. Office perks are icing on the cake. Groceries, massages, random acts of kindness appear. Happy Hour everyday. Even when things get tough (this is software, it can be a bumpy ride) everyone steps up like a family supporting each other. I am empowered to do whatever it wakes to make customers happy. I can go talk to anyone in the company (none of that 'development is off limits!' crap). Far and away the best place I've ever worked.

Cons

Software can be challenging- sometimes it's very hectic and stressful. But those times are temporary. Pay is not on par with other tech companies, but it is also comforting to know that the company is not looking for VC or to be sold. Yes, groups can get clique-y, but that happens everywhere.

Woohoo! Well, I hope you are enjoying the new Flex Schedules! It's been surprisingly successful! I'm a little surprised that only about 50% of the company is doing it, but it's nice the system is working (even solving problems)!

Cons

Change, change, change. Happens on a dime and sometimes feels like just as you being to move in one direction, the ground shifts from underneath you.
