* Fast moving company * Thoughtful management * Wonderful coworkers * Great benefits * Schedule flexibility * Creative environment * Great software * Fun culture * Open book finance * Generous vacation, sick and holiday time * Fun perks like massages, food, drinks, volunteer opportunities, movie nights at local theaters, discounted tickets to amusement parks, etc.

Cons

I wish SurveyGizmo was located in-between Boulder and Denver so I didn’t have to drive on 36 or Foothills.

This place has given me every single opportunity to do whatever I wanted. Amenities are out of control. Benefits are great. Show initiative, reap rewards.

Cons

Not everyone would be happy here. If you don't take responsibility for your happiness at work then SG can't work with you.

Positive Environment, Fun place to work, perks like a stocked kitchen, gym membership, company pays 100% on healthcare benefits, weekly huddles with the whole company to discuss profits and goals (very transparent), and we took an all expenses paid trip to Disneyworld this year for our ten year anniversary.

Cons

They took the candy away and gave us fruit in an effort to improve employee health. I miss the candy.
