      Pros

      There were a lot of great people that just started when the company was on it's way out. They arrived to late to save it.

      Cons

      Prior management failed in their due diligence when acquiring Anderson Connect and associated properties. They looked pass way too much in their effort to get the Walmart Vendor number.

      friendly environment family oriented 9am-6pm work hours great location

      not too many cons communication between departments is getting better than when I started

      Pros

      Friendly staff, small business. We worked hard, but really enjoyed each other's company. Catered lunch on Thursdays and an encouragement to connect with each other and strategize our business's success.

      Cons

      Not enough staff. Working on a shoestring budget is challenging to say the least. There was a lot of pressure to continue striving and competing in a market that was already chock full.
