Pros

Alcon as a whole is a nice place to work. Their benefits and FTO are better than expected.

Cons

The culture at manufacturing plants does not match the corporate vision. There are too many managers and not enough true leaders. Even though “people are at the center,” for manufacturing sites, it feels like money and getting new product is at the center and people are just a necessary evil to deal with.
