Pros

The culture is very open and friendly, being very responsive to all employees at every level. Willing to give student's the opportunities to grow if you seek them out, lot's of chances for professional development.

Cons

SOPs are confusing and sometimes will change in the middle of your project which can cause headaches for everyone. Very slow to get anything done.

Pros

1. Long weekends 3-4 days. 2. Some workers are really kind. 3. A lot of different cultures. You learn new things. 4. 401k matching. 5. Its good if you just need a job. 6. Pays better than minimum wage -13.19 an hour(day shift base pay) 7. They will cross train if you work hard. 8. Medical Insurance is pretty good. 9. You are creating an important product that will help others eyesight. 10. You don't take work home. You clock out and its over.

Cons

1. Some favoritism especially concerning overtime. It needs to be shared equally. 2. Long workday - 12 hours. 3. Not enough overtime. 4. Some workers are rude and will bully you by giving you more work or talk about you in their own language and laugh. 5. Some supervisors are rude and talk to you as if you are a child, but others are great. 6. Not enough PTO . If you work 12 hour days you can use up your PTO quickly. 7. One of the trainers when I first started had a bad attitude. She will call you out and lecture you like a child. I almost walked out. so just ignore her attitude and you will be ok. 8. Waking up early- clock in at 3:53 am for day shift.

Health Care / Insurance - including retirement medical benefits if certain requirements are met. Can be supplemental insurance with Medicare (if that still exists in the future). Slowly returning to a family atmosphere Pride in work and company Flexible work locations and Flexible time off 401k match Room for advancement in large global organization

Cons

Lots of offshore employees / managed service providers, without much US presence in critical roles. Some managers are too busy trying to 'make their name' to do what is right
