Pros

Decent benefits Steady work Some good colleagues

Cons

12 hour shifts Nearly impossible to get prescription safety glasses It is NOT a "no retaliation culture" Management are either micromanagers or completely laissez-faire Bait and switch with the work assignments (be prepared to do A LOT of non-chemistry work) Initiative is punished The scientific method is ignored and using it is punished Promotions are based on DEI not experience, education, or seniority Favoritism is RAMPANT Big difference between benefits offered and benefits given (HR said unlimited time off, management said 15 days to include sick days - non-shift workers get 12 holidays and unlimited time off HR said shift differential, management said no shift differential, when I contacted HR about shift differential, I got laid off.) First freedoms are stripped at the door. Pay is barely average and no overtime Laziness is rewarded Safety is an afterthought

Pros

Great pay and benefits for associates

Cons

Consistent job insecurity and hiring freezes- current associates get overloaded and no additional help or support. Poor management and wants to eliminate higher paid associates by “restructuring” or eliminating positions.

Pros

Company car, reputation, free swag

Cons

Fake diversity and inclusion, speaks negatively about anyone that leaves company, managers do not maintain confidentiality and are more concerned with their reputation than doing a good job or putting patients first, most employees are robots and don’t have a problem doing unethical things and if you go against that by doing the right thing, they penalize you, do not respond and accommodate for resources requested for success in field, unreasonable sales goals, unprofessional overall
