Pros

Excellent benefits and 401k matching, as well as paid time off. On site workout facility and track, as well as wellness program make for extra perks.

Cons

Room for advancement sometimes dependent on how you mingle with management rather than based strictly on performance. Too many lazy people get by without being held accountable.

Pros

The benefits are great. The 401 k is unbeatable in any industry much less the pharmaceutical industry. The health insurance and dental insurance are great. They have a credit union on campus which is quite convenient. There is also a company store which sells Alcon products and Nestle products. The prices on baby formula and pet food are a great buy. There's a great cafeteria which is a little pricey for lunch but you can't beat the breakfast. The campus itself is beautiful. The salaries are better than average for the Fort Worth/Dallas metro area.

Cons

Just bought by Novartis who lay off people without even a care. Parking is horrible and you have to walk at least 1/4 mile to your car. In the Texas summer this is not pleasant at all.

Executive Leadership Doesn’t Care About You

Pros

Personal team dynamic is great

Cons

Executive leadership doesn’t care about anyone but themselves. They continue to take away benefits from employees such as hybrid work, electrical vehicle charging, 401K matching, even as the stock continues to hit all time highs. David Endicott is not a CEO of the people - all he cares about is his own bonus and paycheck. Management never puts the thoughts of others in consideration and punishes high performing individuals for no reason. The amount of anxiety and stress and uncertainty this company brings into your life on a monthly basis is ridiculous.
