      Great benefits and values. Great products. Strong culture customer oriented.

      Cons

      Some tecnologies need upgrade. R&D slow process and lack of resources. Novarties take over make the company worst trying to change everything without understanding the business model.

      If you have a college degree, Run far away from this place

      Pros

      The products they make are very much needed by the consumers

      Cons

      Horrible people and redneck management. If you're coming fresh out of college and get offered a Temp-to-hire position here, do not take it. It was a total waste of my engineering degree. They had me stacking boxes and doing manual labor. The pay is horrible too; so it left me no choice but to milk the clock. Anthing ALCON/ASPEX; is total trash. Everyone there seems stuck and hopeless. It's a place where dreams die.

      Get opportunities to learn on your own and find solutions despite continuous change and lack of interdepartmental collaboration.

      Cons

      Continuous change of leadership, structure and resulting lay-offs for the last four years.
