      Pros

      Nice co-workers, great benefits, part of bigger company, great products.

      Cons

      Difficult to move up quickly regardless of performance, education or past experience. Managers from the top down seem to have a pretty big lack of confidence and inexperience in being leaders. Poor follow through on promises of development and opportunity.

      outstanding benefits - generous 401k retirement matching

      Cons

      completely dysfunctional mangement - the "strategic plan" changes like the wind - project funding, staffing, prioritization changes weekly resulting in continuous turmoil, The arrogance of senior management means they cannot recognize that they have issues, and therefore the situation will neer improve; dysfuntional culture, toxic environment; short signed plan - company is trying to make the financials looks good for a spinoff
