      Pros

      Good Pay People can be friendly sometimes A lot of baby showers, socials and birthdays to attend so people especially contractors are forced to focus on enjoyment rather than spending time on training that can help advance their career

      Cons

      Full-Time Employees' rude attitude towards contractors Poor communication between management and contractors Not Trust Worthy - they promise one thing and they do something else Contract limit - this happened to me twice. They let me go two months before my contract ended. I did not want to joined them the second time but my recruiter begged me that my manager wants me to come back.

      Great Career at "The Place To Be" - Changing Culture Under Novartis

      Pros

      A great place to work with challenging R&D projects in many areas of ocular and otic diseases. Great benefits and campus facilities for both work and health/fitness activities.

      Cons

      Career advancement was hindered by departmental budget and structure. Technology advancement was hindered by annual capital budget allotment.
