The folks in charge value their people and take into consideration that we're all human with lives outside of work. You can tell they really care about you as a person. The work/life balance is great and they are flexible. The people here are also so friendly and willing to help. The benefits are top tier; the office space is very nice and updated; the pay is more than fair. I have no real complaints - I've been here 4 months now and I can see myself retiring from this company.

Cons

The biggest con (if you can call it one) is that we get to WFH on Fridays but only in the summer. Then it's 5 days in office, which is fine but not ideal.

Sometimes miscommunication between shifts and upper management Sometimes relied on heavier than the supervisor to accomplish business needs 12.5 hour shifts can make family and work life hard to balance especially if you have a long commute
